Wormie the Bookworm is headed back-to-school after an epic summer. The only thing is, he’s a little nervous to go back to the classroom and needs the support and encouragement of Superkids everywhere to get excited. In this 3-class series, kids will prepare their bodies and minds for a new school year of adventures. We’ll craft, cook and share our own anxieties and excitement around how it feels to be heading back to school.

Bubby and Nonna are here to help Superkids everywhere get ready for school with some healthy lunch prep down at the Supernow Canteen. We’ll make some delicious and nutritious packable snacks that kids can prepare and nosh on themselves.

Back to School Feelings with Wormie and Jasmine Daniel, LMFT, BCBA. It’s time for Wormie to head out of the library and into the classroom, but he’s nervous about his first day at a brand new school. We’ll welcome guest Jasmine Daniel, Director of Parent Support and Clinical Training & Care Lead with Little Otter, to talk about our back to school anxieties and learn some ways to manage our stress and get excited for the school year ahead!
